Conflict Resolution

 

Differences of personality, approach or opinion are usually a positive, energising force within teams. Sometimes, though, they become unhelpful; even destructive. 

We offer help in four main ways:

  • facilitated conversations to help restore good workplace relationships
  • formal workplace mediation
  • informal investigations to uncover root causes of conflict and propose solutions
  • formal investigations (to determine whether or not there is a case for management action)
 

We use accredited coaches and mediators to undertake this work and our services have been used a range of businesses, from SME's to Higher Education Institutions, Police Forces and media companies.
